Since October 2012, our kitchen in "Albert" combines surprising creations from regional products and sustainable fisheries every evening into a convincing 4 course half board menu or à la carte.
The restaurant was rebuilt in 2012 and equipped with 58,000 handmade larch shingles, also individually by hand.
It is named after Albert Koch, the founder of today's Seminar and Wellness Hotel Stoos.

Back to former freshness - In the next few weeks, our Stoosbeiz will be furnished again with new Swiss pine wood chairs and thus regain its original charm.
Here we serve our à la carte offer, and daily menus with products from the region and something from the hiking menu card for the hungry in the afternoon.
